Arune is Digital Media Manager within the Partnerships team at Harrods, where she focuses on digital strategy and innovation in retail media. She leads new channel integrations, including the rollout of Criteo onsite and offsite solutions, and works closely with brands to translate luxury customer insights into measurable outcomes. With a background spanning media agencies, luxury fashion, and e-commerce, she brings expertise in both performance and brand-building strategies. Passionate about the evolving retail media landscape, Arune is particularly interested in how AI, personalisation, and first-party data are reshaping the customer journey and creating new opportunities for brands.
