Darren is a GTM and revenue growth leader who's spent 20+ years building AdTech and SaaS businesses from scratch across EMEA and APAC. He's currently a Partner at Grace and Co, specialising in media sales. He previously spent 2.5 years launching Zitcha, a retail media platform, into EMEA, including six months on secondment within two retailers, gaining hands-on experience with the retail media landscape from the inside and helping them prepare to sell their RMNs to agencies.

Over his career he's launched new markets and categories for Shuttlerock, Nugit and iClick Interactive, and worked at established global organisations including Yahoo and Publicis. He's an active member of the IAB EMEA Retail Media Committee and a regular voice on stages and podcasts discussing retail media, programmatic and everything in between.
