Radek is a seasoned marketing strategy and communications professional with 18 years of experience in advertising agencies, media publishing, and e-commerce. Since 2023, as Head of Communication & Education at Allegro, he has been championing the market for retail media and is responsible for the communication and education of advertising clients in the CE region.

Radek is passionate about acquiring and sharing knowledge. He holds a PhD in Social Sciences and has completed Chartered Institute of Marketing, as well as studies in International Relations and Cultural Studies at the University of Warsaw. Radek frequently shares his insights on retail media, consumer trends, and brand advertising at industry events across Europe.
