I’m Chair & Founder of the Retail Innovation Council (RIC) - an invitation-only, Chatham House forum convening senior retail executives across the UK & Europe through Executive Committees, Leaders’ Summits and benchmarking initiatives including the Retail Innovation Index (RIX). Alongside this, I lead The UK Launchpad, supporting ambitious technology and advisory firms to expand internationally - helping shape positioning, go-to-market strategy and market entry across key regions.
