Sarah is Head of Group Retail Media at Matas Group, the leading beauty and wellbeing retailer in the Nordics. She is responsible for building and scaling the Group's retail media business across Matas and KICKS, creating new growth opportunities for brands and partners across the Nordic market. Prior to joining Matas Group, Sarah spent six years at Bain & Company, advising leading Nordic and international companies on growth strategy, commercial excellence, digital transformation, and operating model design.
Today, Sarah leads the development of Matas Group's retail media strategy, including commercial partnerships, measurement frameworks, self-service capabilities, and go-to-market models. Her focus is on building a scalable retail media ecosystem that creates measurable value for advertisers, customers, and the business.
